AiM Therapy was born one Sunday morning in March 2006.The inspiration came from a discussion we were having about the events that occurred a couple of days previously. On that day we had given twenty Reiki treatments at a local community centre during an open day for members of the centre to have taster sessions of a variety of alternative therapies. (We have used various forms of Energy Healing modalities for many years treating hundreds of clients and training more than two hundred students in Reiki.)
During our discussion that Sunday we started to wonder what we had really done for
those twenty people at that centre. Ye s, they had all experienced a form of relaxation
they had possibly never felt before but what then? How would they feel in the days
to come when the pressures in their lives were back and that sense of peace and relaxation
had gone? How could we help them to understand that to start to take responsibility
for their own lives is the path to true healing of all emotional and physical problems
and also hopefully, provide a kick-
Elements of our own spiritual practice arose in our thoughts and within a couple
of hours the basics of AiM Therapy were conceived. Following a few days of self
practice and refinement we began teaching others. The results achieved within a month
